MCC is a niche, technology-based owner's rep Project Management consulting and real estate strategy advisory firm.  Dave Mayfield and Carlos Canencio founded the firm in late 2022.  At the time, Dave was a senior member of the Global Occupier Services Project Management team at a global commercial real estate firm and the PM Project Lead for the global account of one of the top five technology firms.  •In today’s corporate world where diversity has become a major criterion for sourcing services, MCC is Hispanic American certified. Our business model based on the best practices of a global account project manager, merged with the best-in class practice of a small independent firm is one that doesn’t currently exist in the corporate real estate space or in independent PM consultancies.

MCC's Model eliminates the commoditization of Project/Program Management services that exists, especially in commercial real estate companies, which are burdened by fees based on square footage or construction cost with multiple internal fee splits. We mitigate risk for our clients; make sure they are legally protected; settle disputes; crate paper trials report regularly project status to our client to minimize their involvement and offer expert advice/counsel.
